CARNWATH PRIMARY SCHOOL & NURSERY
NEW BUILD

Project Overview:

Carnwath Primary was a new build, with fantastic space and amenities for the 147 pupils and its staff. The development for south Lanarkshire Council was facilitated by main contractor Morgan Sindall, with Stein delivering the mechanical, electrical and solar PV installations.

The building embraces renewable technology, with the use of both a biomass boiler and solar PV panels. This school is at the heart Carnwath Community. It will serve the educational needs of the local children and the wider community, into the 21st century.
