THE POSITION

SEMI-SKILLED CONSTRUCTION OPERATOR

We are seeking a Semi-Skilled Construction Operative to join our team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling replacement, flooring, dampness remedials, painting, decorating and a can-do approach. You will have a full, clean driving licence. 

THE ROLE

• Maintain and repair building fabric and systems 
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs  
• Carry our decorating works  
• Carry out dampness prevention and associated remedial works  
• Inspect and diagnose problems and figure out the best way to correct them  
• Perform routine, planned and preventive maintenance  
• Do general routine maintenance works on buildings and assets  Order supplies from catalogues and storerooms  
• Assist with installations  
• Meet with clients to assess repairs and associated scopes  
• Keep detailed records of the work carried out and communicate to the head office through a reporting app/timesheet/site diary. 

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
