Project Overview:

The David Stow Building is renowned for its notable copper spires and has been a standing feature of Glasgow’s West End since 1917. In 2022, the west wing of the Category-B-listed building was transformed into 64 unique luxury apartments.

This development is the flagship section of the prestigious Jordanhill Park Residential Development for Cala Homes West, where Stein delivered the full electrical installation. These apartments uniquely blend Glasgow’s history and modern West End living.
