Project Overview:

Stein provided Mechanical and Electrical services to the second phase of this new build project. Phase 2 consisted of a 76-bed extension to the main building.

The project provided high-quality student accommodation with clusters and studios, including communal social areas, lounges, games rooms, ancillary spaces such as laundry facilities, cycle storage, and communal outdoor spaces.
